Our beautiful and wonderful amphibians are disappearing, why? Well the water is filled with pollution and amphibians breathe threw their skin and their skin is sensitive. Amazing species have been dying off. The cause of this is because we don't dispose of our trash properly and it is also hurting sea turtle because we don't throw our trash away. An amazing species called the gastric brooding frog has went extinct recently. It's special to me and many other frog lovers because of the way it gave birth, it would swallow it's eggs and wait for them to hatch. Then the babies would mutate in the frog's stomach and once they turn to frogs they will climb out of the frog's mouth. I cant remember from the top of my head if the glass frog is extinct, if not its critically endangered. They are another amazing species of frog because you could see their insides if you look at the bottom of them. A lot of beautiful and spectacular amphibians are dying off because of pollution and trash in the water. So please remember to throw your trash away!

Introduction
Hi my name is Camden and I'm a 10 year old reptile and amphibian fanatic and I have a leopard gecko named Oscar. I wish I could have a snake but my parents wont allow me to. I had fire bellied toads in the past but they sadly pasted away. I have gulf coast toads in my front yard and in my backyard I have green and brown anoles including green tree frogs. My whole life I have been liking reptiles and amphibians including dragons and dinosaurs. And I'm exited that I'm starting my first blog all about reptiles and amphibians including bugs. Its strange that I have hated spiders my whole life but tarantulas are cute to me. And its not that common to see girls liking reptiles and amphibians and all that stuff. It really annoys me when people talk trash about snakes and think snakes are slimy, really the only time you can feel a slimy snake is if you pet one while its in the water. Anyway that's
it for my introduction. :)
